Fall 2018 Leadership Meeting

We are excited to see you in Los Angeles for our upcoming Fall Leadership Meeting,  November 7-9 taking place in conjunction with the National League of Cities – City Summit. Before you arrive, we want to share some info before we move forward.

Rooms have been reserved at Millennium Biltmore Hotel, Los Angeles. To make a reservation, please call (213) 612-1575, and mention Sister Cities International group code 1811SISTER. You can also reserve a room online on the Millennium Biltmore website.

Please reserve your room before close of business, October 5, 2018, to receive the group rate of $219 per night (tax not included).

Los Angeles is most easily accessible from LAX. Transportation from LAX to the hotel can be via taxi, Uber, or SuperShuttle (www.supershuttle.com).

We are starting to organize and prep the folders for the meeting as well. In order to produce complete folders for all participating members of SCI’s leadership, we ask that committee chairs provide materials by close of business October 19, 2018.

We will need:

• Outstanding minutes needing approval
• Meeting agendas
• Any documents requiring formal board or committee review.
