Learn to prepare the Egyptian national comfort food koshery (vegetarian), salad baladi and the delicious dessert Um Aly. Then enjoy what you have cooked in the R. House Dining Hall. You’ll receive all the recipes to repeat your adventure at home.
$45 of the $75 ticket price is deductible as a charitable contribution to Baltimore Sister Cities, Inc. This event will enable the Baltimore Luxor Alexandria Sister City Committee to expand collaborative projects between children in Baltimore and Alexandria, Egypt.
