The Tamar Regional Council is located between the Dead Sea and the Judean Desert in South Israel. With a great emphasis on nature and culture, Tamar proudly hosts an annual marathon race, an annual outdoor opera, and a national music festival. With nearly 1,500 residents, the Tamar Regional Council is looking to develop a sister city relationship focused on tourism, education, and community development.
