The Annual Business Meeting is a separate meeting that is open to all membership, the public, and SCI leadership and staff. The SCI Annual Business Meeting runs in conjunction with the SCI Summer Leadership Meetings each year. The Annual Business Meeting is designed for transparency in the organization’s functions, finances, programs, and plans. Anyone can attend the Annual Business Meeting in person OR through the above Zoom link registration. The Zoom link requires the person to register. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email about joining the meeting.

2:00pm – Official Welcome, SCI Academy of Best Practices
3:45pm – (Optional) Walk to East Exchange Avenue to see The Herd Cattle Drive
4:00pm – “The Herd” – the world’s only twice-daily cattle drive (10 minutes)
5:15pm – Meet in lobby, walk to Billy Bob’s Texas (2520 Rodeo Plaza, Fort Worth, TX 76164)
5:30pm – 8:00pm – Fort Worth Mayor’s Welcome Reception at Billy Bob’s Texas (bring your boots/dancing shoes – there might be line dancing involved), entertainment, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and drinks included.
