Mr. Alan Russell is the Chairman of the Board, CEO, and Co-founder of TECMA. Alan, has made the Tecma Group a national leader among bi-national enterprises. The company employs over 8,000 individuals in over 50 facilities throughout Mexico and the U.S. The Tecma Group of Companies has recently received national awards in environmental responsibility and human development. He was recently honored with the District Director’s Achievement Award by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Alan also serves on the Board of Directors of the bi- national economic alliance, serving El Paso, Cd. Juarez and Las Cruces, N.M. He is president of the Industrial Development Committee for the Juarez/El Paso area, a member of the Southwest Maquila Association, and member and investor of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
