Büşra Yılmaz is a Corporate Affairs Specialist at Çalık Renewables, where she supports the company’s positioning in evolving energy markets through policy monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and strategic research. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a master’s degree in Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University in Washington, D.C.

Alongside her role in the renewable energy sector, she also serves as a Youth Programs Consultant at Sister Cities International, contributing to youth diplomacy initiatives and community-based international engagement since 2021. Previously, she collaborated with United Nations agencies such as UNITAR, UNEP, and UN-Habitat on sustainability and development projects. Passionate about cultural diplomacy and peacebuilding, she aims to foster global cooperation while supporting sustainable market growth and clean-energy transitions.
