2025 年 日米姉妹都市サミット
The 2025 U.S.-Japan Sister Cities Summit (September 16-19, 2025) is a milestone event celebrating the 170th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the United States and Japan. The summit will bring together 600+ bilateral stakeholders to inspire collaboration, explore new partnerships, and empower the next generation of global leaders. All 460 U.S.-Japan Sister City partners, elected officials, citizen diplomats, and volunteers are invited to the City of Izumisano, Osaka Prefecture under the theme “Celebrating our Legacies, Empowering our Future.”
全米国際姉妹都市協会（Sister Cities International）は、日米外交関係樹立170年を記念して、2025年9月16日から19日まで、「日米姉妹都市サミット」を開催いたします。600人以上の日米外交・姉妹都市関係者が一堂に会し、コラボレーションの展望、新たなパートナーシップ開拓、次世代グローバルリーダーのエンパワーメントなどについて話し合います。大阪府泉佐野市で開催されるこのサミットは、「Celebrating our Legacies, Empowering our Future ーレガシー、そして未来へ」というテーマを掲げ、460以上ある日米姉妹都市の関係者、自治体リーダー、市民外交官、ボランティアが、日米両国から参加する予定です。
The summit venue, the Star Gate Hotel (the 3rd tallest hotel in Japan), is conveniently located only 8 minutes from Kansai International Airport and 45 minutes from the Osaka World Expo site.
サミットの会場となるスターゲイトホテルは、日本でも有数の超高層ホテルで、関西国際空港まで８分、大阪関西万博会場まで45分という便利な立地にあります。
