Located West of Chicago, the city of Roselle, Illinois is seeking a sister city partnership to promote and better understand their German heritage as they were founded by German immigrants in 1922. With a population size of around 23,000 people, Roselle has so much to offer from Lynfred Winery, Roselle History Museum, Main & Prospect Street Shops, Roselle Park District, Roselle Community Library, Lake Park High School, Medinah Country Club, Taste of Roselle, Rose Parade and Carnaval, Roselle Chamber of Commerce Sip & Stroll, Roselle Sister Cities Association Annual Dinner/Dance, and Roselle 3rd of July Fireworks. The city of Roselle wants to create a city partnership with a German city to gain everything they can out of the sister city experience.
