Proposal to Accept the Revised Articles of Incorporation
Rationale for this Proposal: SCI needs to amend its Articles of Incorporation because the current Articles are incompatible with the bylaws and no longer reflect how the organization operates today. The amended Articles modernize the organization’s governance structure, increase liability protections for directors, and move most governance detail into the bylaws to provide greater operational flexibility going forward.
