  Koblenz Karneval - Austin Style is a joint celebration of German Culture by Austin-Koblenz Sister Cities Committee, the German-Texan Heritage Society and Austin Saengerrunde. What is Karneval? In Austin’s sister city of Koblenz, Germany in the heart of the Rhineland, Karneval is recognized as the “Fifth Season” of the year.
